O Desenvolvimento do Paradesporto no Brasil: uma revisão integrativa

Abstract

The article aims to analyze the development of parasports in Brazil based on an integrative review. Since research focused on the development of parasports is extremely important in relation to academic productions in the area and to the visibility of issues related to the participation of people with disabilities in sports. To answer the proposed question, the following platforms were used: Capes Periodicals, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD). We had 14 works as a sample. From the analysis of the material found, it was possible to identify that the development of parasports is related to three factors, which we call in the text as facilitators, barriers and programs.
