Abstract

The human being in his everyday life short and stressful little explores his potential and his experiences of bodily life. Will impoverish the sensitivity which in awakening greater sense and meaning in things. This study animed to investigate the impact of the process of increasing awareness of the body through holistic bodily practices (PCH). This is a case study in which the person participant faced their physical and emotional conflicts and began to experience a body work whose focus was the perception of herself. The theme has revealed the sensitivity and new memories that brought bodily presence and opportunity for (re) know your own body. The reflections on the lived experiences contributed to enriching the process of self-knowledge.
