THE EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION

The aim of this study was to understand the perceptions of undergraduate students in physical education about educational inclusion. The 41 students drew up their definitions of the term "Educational Inclusion" (EI), analyzed qualitatively using content analysis. We found that most students still don´t have any clarification regarding the subjects included in the process of inclusion; considers EI as the responsibility of government and education professionals, describing the objectives of the EI as positive for people with and without disabilities and raise concerns that goes beyond the education system. We conclude that there are still elements that need clarification about this process to the students to graduate students with a broad view of what is IE.
