Abstract

This paper aims to understand the relationship approaches that has been established between the Public Relations professional and the Third Sector on the western border of Rio Grande do Sul in the past few years. Initially, were conceptualized Community in the Public Relations  and Third Sector, and then, its became an analogy from this professional in the southern region of the country and its perspectives of action in the current labor market, specifically in the work of the advisory called Communication Program Integrated Citizenship (PROCIC). The work of those professionals aims to strengthen the relationship between the beneficiaries of the National Access to Technical Education and Employment (PRONATEC) and Reference Centre of Social Assistance in São Borja.It was found from the observations on, the importance of the work performed by the team of Public Relations for the realization of the goal.
