Abstract

The article is a reflexion about visual pollution provoked by the attempt of São Paulo city hall to prohibit all external advertising. The author says that this prohibition is an agenda-setting strategy and media usage in order to maintain intellectual powerthrough persuasive arguments in relation to urban visibility
