Abstract

In this article we present a preliminary analysis of the project to be undertaken in the February 2005 January 2006 period, at a post doctorate level, in the University Autonom of Barcelona, with the prupose to evaluate the Catalonia experience of Omnia telecenters implementation, a public equipment to prevent and combat digital exclusion. The main focus is to study the educational dimension of the actions undertaken by the agents operating with the users and hardware. The current work is effected with the CNPq support. CNPq is a Brazilian governmental entity sponsoring the scientifical and techological developement.
