Abstract

The paper analyzes a group television stations,newspapers and magazines, seeking the Identificationof as the important comunication themes arenegotiated, which circulate in lathes of the topicproperty, access, list and forms of divulgation ofcontents. Such procedure is sustained in theconception that the public debate, in thecontemporanity requests the mediation of the media,being this the trail for construction of democraticpublic politics. However, is identified that the centralsubjeds of the comunkaáonal fiekl don't integratethe list of the industries of the culture. Consideringthe diversity of the current social formations, isconsidered the plural access to the means, especiallythe TV, indispensable.
