The central focus of this proposal is to research the processes and the degree of effectiveness of communication policies in benefit of the acquired image of Carmen Miranda. Understanding how the figure of the actress and singer got very positive results with multiple audiences. Analyze the concepts of efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness in identifying allowing public image of the actress that appeared in 30s, how won admirers all over the world. Notice that revolutionized the culture industry and allowed to awaken the imagination of a society with different aspects. It has become a myth throughout a social and cultural seduction through song, dance and their outfits.
