Abstract

This work addresses the importance of non-formal educational spaces and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) as strategies to develop Environmental Education. We present an innovative project to implement QR Codes in ecological trails in a Conservation Unit in the state of Paraná, Brazil (National Forest of Piraí do Sul) as well as the possibilities of conducting field trips or walking lessons, which have been recommended since the Freinet Modern School and are becoming more important nowadays based on the need to restore the connection between humans and nature.
