This research is about the projections of the theory of the recognition of the Hegelian writings of the Jena period and its contemporary reading of Axel Honnet and Paul Ricœur. The central proposition affirms that conflict is a constitutive element in the social life conformation. The tension between positive and negative freedom is resolved, through the struggle for recognition, in an intersubjective community.
