Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze about the manner in which, in the weberian methodology, the degree of evidence can be built through the theoretical standards of deliberation ideally attributed to the action subjectively aimed by the agent. For Max Weber, the evidence of the interpretation is based in logical - methodological procedures that allow the scientist to conceive complexes of meaning in the empirical action of the agent. Therefore, it will be through certain characterization promoted by the researcher, from the research data, that the evidence of interpretation will be produced in thought. Thus, the degree of evidence, methodologically, is constructed from the theoretical standards of deliberation ideally conceived as purely logical auxiliary means, used for the conceptual isolation and or dainment of a fragment of the empirical complexity. In light of this, we will examine how, in the weberian methodology, the interpretation of the action of the agent becomes possible, if an explicit reference to the aimed meaning of the action is done.
