The exhibition Almada Negreiros, a prismatic artist offers an overview of the axes for the interpretation of Modernism that the Portuguese artist develops in his plastic and literary career, throughout the twentieth century. This brief paper aims to highlight the role of Almada Negreiros in the Portuguese declination of the poetics of Modernism, alongside the most studied and renowned Fernando Pessoa and Mario de Sá-Carneiro.
