In the contemporary scenery of Spanish Poetry, we assist to some theoreticalpostulates and a distinctive lyrical practice, which evaluate some of themost vigorous myths in the “breaking tradition” of avant-garde poetry. I willexamine here some of these nuclear categories that constitute real challenges:experience, intimacy, commitment. Besides, I will ilustrate my argumentswith some references to the poetry of the spanish poet Luis García Montero(Granada, 1958), specially focusing his last book Vista cansada (2008), whichshows paradigmatically some of the most enriching debates in the aestheticpeninsular field.Downloads
