Cantos filosóficos e a possibilidade de uma pluriversidade

Abstract

The present text seeks to point out central issues for a reorganization of the Brazilian university in order that the institution becomes effectively democratic and symmetrically related to the various epistemologies in the country. In this way, we comment on the epistemic violence present in the imposition and reproduction of an Eurocentric knowledge matrix, which usually happens in Brazilian academies. Finally, it proposes the elaboration of a pluriversity, made up of counter-hegemonic, ecological and intercultural principles as a means of strengthening the autonomy of the country
