Education as a Human Right and a Means of Promoting Human Rights

The present work aims to analyze education as a human right and its role in realizing other human rights, strengthening democracy, and facilitating access to justice through rights. The research is legal-sociological, studying the legal phenomenon within the social environment, and is conducted through normative and literature analysis on the indicated topics. The study begins with an analysis of education, its parameters, and constituent elements, before examining its configuration as a human right and its relationship with other rights. The findings indicate that education, as an emancipatory, transformative, and democratic force, is not only a right in itself but also essential for the realization of human rights and access to justice through rights.
