Keywords:
Human rights, Religions, Norms, Compatibility, Dialectics, Politics, LawAbstract
After a theoretical overview on human rights and their relevance within religion-based perspectives, this paper aims at providing a general analysis on the compatibility between human rights and religious law. It argues that the dialectic function of human rights consists in promoting dialogue and common efforts between constitutional States and religious communities in the interest of both parts.
