The present work is a mixture of temptation and attempt. Temptation to build a case in psychoanalytic models and an attempt to analyze a character. Attempt and temptation to analyze a case under the interface of the relations between History, Psychoanalysis and Literature. The chronicle by Luiz Fernando Veríssimo called O Condomínio was defined as a listening source or written source. In this way, the presentation was divided into three parts, which contain two moments. At first, the objective is to understand the relationship of knowledge and the conceptualization of what becomes a case for psychoanalytic logic. In the second part, the objective is to carry out the analytical interface between Literature, History and Psychoanalysis, linking the interpretation of the characters' characteristics with the phenomenon of torture and repression, during the period of the military dictatorship in Brazil, between 1964 and 1985. As a reference fundamentally, the logic of the descracterization of victims in the face of trauma is analyzed.
