MATRIMONY AND FAMILY IN GOIAS.

This article analyses the importance of the marriage and the family in the City of Goiás. So that, it prioritized documents as the ecclesiastical legislation, as the First Constitutions of the Archbishopric of Bahia, in what presented the determinations for celebration of this sacrament; as well the marriage books record, filed in City of Goiás, putting on the map the marriages quantity, the schedules and how as well the population adhered to the rules stablish to Catholic Church.
