Abstract

The present article treats of the construction, use and reflection on the use of the graphic resources in the apprehension of the social representations, which were elaborated with base in the Test of Thematic Apperception and in the Drawing-story with Theme to study the human aging starting from two points of view. One about the senior bearer of Diabetes Mellitus at home, and the other, about the manifestations of the sexuality in the context of the asylum. We harmonized that the graphic resource, represents or drawing, acquires important meaning in the apprehension of the social representations, because it is a middle of expression and communication in the intermediate area between reality it interns and it expresses, and still, it makes possible linking with the existence of the same and the drama that grows in it. It makes possible a new interaction with the illustrations, alternating the messages, the dialogues and the characters expressed, revealing, at the same time, the creative capacity of the researched and the plasticity of the instrument.
