Abstract

The pandemic updated the criticism that researchers had been developing since the 1980s in physical education regarding hygienism. The physical activity category does not respond and does not correspond to the health surveillance rules necessary to control the infection. Physical activity does not prevent infection and the incentive to practice, especially in closed environments, favors contamination. From another perspective, the bodies of the "streets" are not satisfied with the answers of the manuals and guides. Professionals need to open their eyes, hearts and minds to build compositional movements with cities and struggles in defense of all lives and not get lost from students, future health care professionals and lives.
