O ESPORTE DE ALTO RENDIMENTO COMO POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DO ESTADO BURGUÊS: ACUMULAÇÃO, A LEGITIMAÇÃO E EXCLUSÃO SOCIAL CAPITALISTA NEM SEMPRE DISSIMULADAS

Abstract

The present article discusses the public politics concerning to Physical Education/ Sports at municipal and state level. The function of the burgeous state in charge of the process of accumulation and capitalistics legitimation is analised. The financial crisis of the state interrupted the programs o PE in the public schools, maintaing only those related to the hegemony of spotrs of high efficiency. One may infer that through SEAR the State keeps its capitalistic legitimation in the are of corporal culture.
