In this article we discuss the theme "curriculum, physical education lecturers formation and educational policies", trying to comprehend the implications and challenges of LDB 9394/96 and Diretrizes Curriculares refering to the reorganization of the curriculum so that the organization of the pedagogic work occurs in a prospect of social transformation. Such questions were principally analysed in accordance to the dimension of the world of the capitalistic work, taking into account the social work and practice as educational principles in the teachers formation curricula. It is important to us the usage of pedagogic work organization methodologies that relate themselves to a more democratic administration in the construction of curriculum.
