A partir das questões e imagens trazidas pelo filme Pe ataju jumali / Hot air (Ar quente), o texto procura refletir sobre a condição de um mundo colonizado e modernizado aos moldes da monocultura financeira e industrial do norte global e a sua condição urbana, que sufoca a Terra para manter-se viva, diante da presente crise ambiental como consequência direta do seu modelo de progresso civilizatório.
