This article presents analyzes of the art of Jason deCaires Taylor, articulated with propositions extracted from the work of the philosopher Hans Jonas (1997, 2006). In this way, it is based on the investigation of the processes of creation of the artist, besides the experiences: ethical, aesthetic and ecological of his art evidencing a concept widely defended by Hans Jonas, the “Responsibility Principle”.
