Abstract

This article raises questions about Jaguapirú Village and Bororó Village, both located in Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul State (Midwest of Brazil). The research was conducted between 2017, 2018 and 2019. Thus, we go through issues involving history, social, political, economic organization, until entering the productions of Guarani sacred and ritualistic arts, artifacts and objects. Therefore, our goal is to perform an analysis, description and further interpretation of the multiple nuances, concepts or categories that surround this collective which, in contemporary times, is in an extremely emblematic situation, especially involving the Yvy (earth).
