Abstract

The Nietzsche’s writings of the period of The birth of tragedy informs
about the young philosopher’s concerns with the requisite political
conditions for a true culture. The pair Apollo and Dionysus, in opposition and harmonized in Greek religiosity, as powers of the nature, results aesthetically in the tragic art, and politically results in a warlike State. Nietzsche assigns to Greeks the capacity to create a culture: art, state and religion jointed by the artistic will of nature, which impels the life of a nation.

Adriana Delbó, Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG)

  Possui graduação em Filosofia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (1997), mestrado em Filosofia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2000) e doutorado em Filosofia pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2006). Atualmente realiza seu pós-doutoramento na Universidade de São Paulo (2008). Tem experiência na área de Filosofia, com ênfase em Filosofia Política, Estética e Ética, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: conexões entre política, moral e estética em Friedrich Nietzsche; crítica ao Estado moderno; entrelaçamente entre moral e política; conexão entre Estado, arte, cultura e geração do gênio; vínculos entre Estado-ilusão-verdade; poder e política.
