O dossiê Pensar a Cidade, publicado neste volume 23, número 2 da Philósophos, Revista de Filosofia, recebeu trabalhos científicos, investigações e ensaios que tratam e procuram refletir sobre a cidade, não só no sentido de urbe, que remete a um conglomerado urbano, mas também no seu sentido mais lato, de polis, que se refere à comunidade política. Os textos aqui coligidos apresentam contribuições da filosofia, especialmente da filosofia política, para decifrar esse fenômeno cada vez mais complexo e cuja compreensão é cada vez mais urgente.
