CONTROL OF Aphis gossypii (GLOVER) ON CUCUMBER PLANT WITH NITROGUANIDIN INSECTICIDES GROUP

Treatments of cucumber plant with jet application (foliar spray and root flood simultaneously) with Nitroguanidin insecticides group (Imidacloprid) eight days after plant germination were highly efficient in controlling the Aphis gossypii (Glover) until 29 days after insecticides application, with 96% - 99% of efficiency as occurred with methamidophos (Standard insecticide) applied in foliar spray weekly.
