Abstract

The plasmic concentration of testosterone in Mangaiarga stallions teasers was estimated to be compared to stallions, in different seasons. Fifteen stallions divided into 3 groups of 5 animals each were used. Group I was used as control, and all animals from groups II and III were made teasers by the method of circumcision with penis shortening. No diferences were observed.
