COULTER ADJUSTING FOR DIRECT DRILLING

The performance of an animal traction black beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) planter for direct drilling was evaluated using two mulching levels, three soil opener systems, and two coulter settings. The system with coulter fitted in the depth limiting wheel has favored deeper fertilizer placement and resulted in lower uncovered seed percentage.
