Listeria sp. IN BOVINE SLAUGHTERHOUSES WASTEWATERS OF GOIÁS

Abstract

One hundred and forty samples of wastewater from two bovine slaughterhouses were microbiologically analysed. Only one of the slaughterhouses had treatment system LSAB and LPM medium Listeria innocua 4ab, Listeria innocua not defined serologically, Listeria innocua 6b, Listeria monocytogenes 4e, Listeria monocytogenes 4b, Listeria monocytogenes 1/2b and Listeria grayi were isolated.
