Abstract

Three corn (EMGOPA 501, AG 162 and CMS 19) and three soybean (DOKO, IAC 8 and GO 79/1083 N) varieties in four ratio combinations (6:0; 4:20; 4:40; and 4:60 corn:soybean plants/m²) were compared at the Goiânia Experiment Station, Goiás State. Results indicated that: a) highest dry matter yields were obtained with EMGOPA 501 corn and DOKO soybean varieties; b) corn-soybean intercropping increased dry matter and crude protein yields as compared with monocroppings; and c) there was no difference among treatments on ";in vitro"; digestibility and pH.
