TORSION OF THE ABOMASUM IN BOVINES - A CASE STUDY

Abstract

This present paper reports a case of torsion of abomasum in a steer, with observation of the characteristics lesions and symptoms of the disease. The macroscopical aspect of abomasum presents an ulcer and 20 liters of a dark and inodorous liquid. This is the first case described in the State of Goiás.
