Observou-se a presença de 5 (11,9%) amostras contendo cepas de Listeria monocyíogenespertencentes ao sorolipo 4b, em 42 amostras de linguiça frescal de carne suína, comercializadas emsupermercados da cidade de Goiânia. A patogenicidade foi verificada e confirmada, nas amostras positivas,quando foram submetidas ao teste de Anton. Este percentual de amostras patogênicas evidencia oproblema da possível veiculacão de Listeria ao consumidor, por alimentos.Downloads
