Visita preoperatória de enfermería: proposta metodológica fundamentada en el modelo conceptual de Levine

Resumen

This study aimed to elaborate a script for data colleting as a form to preoperative care visit towards the nursing diagnosis identification in the trans-operative of clients submitted to general surgery. The selected theoretical framework was Levine´s conceptual model based on the four conservation principles, as energy conservation, structural integrity conservation, personal integrity conservation and social integrity conservation.
