Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research was to verify the knowledge in scholar adolescent of a public school of Anápolis City about sexuality and ant conception, during April and July 2004 with students of 1nd, 2nd and 3rd grades of medium education of the related school. The data had been collected by structuralized questionnaire. The research had evaluated 255 children and 48,2% of them were male and 50,6% were female. They had ages between 14 to 19 years old. 27,1% of the students told that they already had sexual relations. 74,8% of the students have showed previous knowledge of the subject. The research suggests an effective implementation of educative programs about the theme in all the schools of medium education. KEYWORDS: School Health; Teen Health; School; Public Health Nursing.
