CONSTRUÇÃO E UTILIZAÇÃO DE UM PAINEL INFORMATIVO PARA PASSAGEM DE PLANTÃO: relato de experiência

Abstract

ABSTRACT: It is a research and action work, which describes the building, use and evaluation of a panel that contains pictures, which reproduce technical and administrative procedures on a specific situation. This situation involves a turn procedure done by the nurse staff into a UTI. In a hospital from the interior of Minas Gerais, which attends cancer patients, a panel was exhibited from October 2000 to April 2001. This panel contains 25 mantled and distinctive pictures, and its use was evaluated after 20 turns. It was considered to be good by 75% of the interviewed participants. By all of the participants, on the other hand, it was emphasized the panel capacity to synthesize information. It was assessed its value as a complementary support to the communicative process during the turn on the UTI. KEY WORDS: Turn procedure, communication, UTI, nurse, research-action work
