This paper presents a philosophical and theoretical reflection about culture, health and nursing. Three instances will be highlighted, such as: knowledge, right and human critical making. For this reason, we selected three authors that understand philosophy as knowledge which puts the acting and knowledge problems as question or process. The nurse realizes that he is able to transform the nature and that he is also capable to modify himself through his job. Health is a right to be conquered and historically, this view achieves a figure even if slowly in the modern society. We came to the conclusion that culture appears as an energy which feeds the triangle culture, health and nursing.
