In this article we made a secondary data collection study on the current conditions of the attention to the woman’s health with uterine cervical neoplasm in the state of Mato Grosso, with the main objective of setting up a dialog between these numbers with a fundamental right of the human being: the health. The right to health is evidenced on public policies of health attention through the principles of resolutivity, integrality and equality just like they are described in the Organic Health Law that established the National Health System (SUS) in Brazil. This low adhesion is related both to women's psychological and cultural order questions and the poor notion of sanitary rights and citizenship, revealed by an almost absence of acts that responsibilize legal and ethically both health services and professionals for the cases unsolved by the system. This study points to the necessity of developing the social participation of the users, how one of the ways to develop the quality of health care reinforcing the constitutional principles and stimulating the active citizenship of the people.Downloads
