Attention to child and teenagers victims of intrafamiliar violence for nurses in health services of ready-care

Abstract

The intrafamiliar violence is the more complex and hided form of violence against children and teenagers, because they are living together with the aggressor. The health professionals have ethical and legal obligation in denounce this situation, then they need to know about the violence. The aim of this paper is to identify which way occur the nursing attendance to children and teenagers victims of the intrafamiliar violence in the ready-care health service of the institution to the Health Unique System in Cascavel/ Paraná, about the identification of the cases and the measures of notification. Qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, whit nurses, which data were obtained by semi-structure interview. The data analyses follow up thematic analysis rules. The research founds that the nurses get to indentify and suspect of the intrafamiliar violence in the care of the children and teenager victims. However, few nurses made the notification in despite of the ethical and legal obligation. Then in this context is necessary the implementation of the attendant protocol, which define clearly the act of everyone, institution, government organ, civil and professionals society sectors in the violence attendance and violence prevention. It can build a hierarchy net, articulate net, and it needs continuity actions, besides time continue qualify and it can be changes of the routine, structure and the attendance environment.
