Dengue is one of the main arboviroses present in tropical countries, whose environmental conditions and socioeconomic variables favor its dispersion leading to a serious public health problem. Lorena is one of the state of São Paulo municipalities whose number of notifications of cases of the disease has increased gradually, adding only in the years 2019 and 2021, about 7073 cases. The main objective of this work was to perform a spatial analysis of the distribution of confirmed dengue cases between the years 2011 to 2020 in the municipality by means of geoprocessing techniques. For this purpose, Information about dengue cases was obtained from SINAN (Severe Diseases and Notifications System) and maps was generated are result of the Kernel density estimator application. The results showed that the distribution of dengue in Lorena did not occur uniformly where the neighborhoods with the highest concentration of cases of the disease identified by Kernel estimator were: Cidade Industrial (2013, 2019 and 2020); Cabelinha (2013, 2016 and 2017); Vila Hepacaré( 2012, 2013 and 2020). The results obtained can serve as a subsidy to the public authorities in the formulation of public policies and decision making related to the epidemiological and entomological surveillance of the municipality.
