Abstract

Neste artigo é feita uma breve abordagem sobre a evolução

sócio-econômica da humanidade, aliada à educação,

com o objetivo de possibilitar uma melhor compreensão

sobre a necessidade atual de inserção da temática ambiental

nas práticas educativas formal e não formal. Além

disso, algumas considerações relativas às perspectivas

da educação ambiental, também, são tratadas inclusive

numa abordagem transdisciplinar.
