Call for Papers — Thematic Dossier

 

The submission process is now open for the special issue of the journal Boletim Goiano de Geografia, whose central theme is “Geography, Geographers, and Geographical Thought in Latin America.”

The dossier is coordinated by Professors Eduardo Giavara (UFG), Eguimar F. Chaveiro (UFG), and Sandro Dutra Silva (UEG/UniEvangélica).

The dossier aims to gather original and unpublished contributions that critically analyze the constitution, circulation, and inflections of Latin American geographical thought, valuing theoretical, epistemological, historical, and methodological approaches that highlight the role of geographers and scientific production in understanding the region’s territorial dynamics.

Submissions must be made through the online system at:

At the time of submission, authors are requested to indicate in the field “Comments to the Editor” that the manuscript is being submitted in response to this call.
