Abstract

Guaramiranga is one of the bigger cities on the State of Ceará with absolute elevation 865,24 m, the average temperature varies between the minim of 17°C and the maximum of 22°C. The mountain range landscape distinguished for the abundant green, in contrast with the half-barren areas around that landscape. In the last two decades, it was perceived the advance of the city, in the 70th decade the reference was the production of coffee, today this area appears as main tourist destination. The events created as Jazz & Blues festival, wine festival, foundue festival among others, supported for the Government has contributed to attract a bigger number of tourist, valuing the property and changing the life of the local population. Key words: Nature, Culture, Craftsmanship.
