EMPTY LOTS IN GOIÂNIA-GO: speculation and use in the Jardim Goiás
Abstract
The Jardim Goiás is one of the neighborhoods more traditional of Goiânia City and composes a first group, along with others 25 neighborhoods, of Collection of Built Property Tax and Urban Territorial that began at January of 2011. This report showing the results of research made in the neighborhood with the goal of know how many lots there are in Jardim Goiás, and how many are vacant. The results show that real number of the vacant lots, vary between 442 and 454, these numbers representing about 25% ofthe total of 1804 lots of the neighborhood.
