Abstract

The present work has a bibliographic, exploratory and experimental character, and aims to investigate the performance of clowns and clowns in hospital spaces from a view that dialogues with a Transpersonal view of Psychology. Therefore, in addition to a bibliographic review, we bring an experiential perspective, since we act as clowns in hospitals in Chapecó, together with the XXX group. The spaces in which we operate in 2019 were: Hospital do Oeste Catarinense and Hospital da Criança. When describing experiences in the field of hospital clowning from a Transpersonal view, we seek to investigate the similarities and convergences between the areas of the Performing Arts and Health.

Author Biographies

Daiani Cezimbra Brum, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil.

Palhaça e doutoranda do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Teatro (PPGT/UDESC), Mestre em Artes Cênicas pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (2017), bacharel em Artes Cênicas pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2012). Formou-se em palhaçaria na Escola de Palhaços dos Doutores da Alegria, no curso de Formação de Palhaços para Jovens (2014). Dedicou-se à atuação palhacesca hospitalar junto ao grupo Doutores Risonhos (Chapecó, SC, 2019), à criação artística autoral com a Cia Lunáticas de Palhaças (Florianópolis, SC, 2018-2020), às ações artísticas, teóricas, formativas e de pesquisa na área de Artes Cênicas. Tem experiência em interpretação teatral, máscaras, iluminação cênica, pesquisa e palhaçaria com ênfase na atuação de mulheres e nas poéticas dos contextos hospitalares.

Deise Battestin, Universidade Internacional da Paz, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brasil.

Bacharel em comunicação social com habilitação em publicidade e propaganda na Universidade Comunitária Regional De Chapecó, no estado de Santa Catarina, em 2008. Realizou a Formação Transdisciplinar em Holística na Unipaz em Florianópolis. Participou do Curso de iniciação à palhaçaria através do Programa Arte Cidadã em Chapecó, entre os anos de 2012 e 2013, e da Oficina de Palhacaria do grupo Doutores Risonhos (Chapecó), na Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina em 2018. Atualmente é aluna do Curso de Pós- Graduação em Psicologia Transpessoal da Unipaz de Florianópolis, e atua como Palhaça Aprendiz no Projeto Doutores Risonhos, grupo de palhaças e palhaços profissionais e aprendizes que atuam em contextos hospitalares.
