The present essay starts from the conceptualization and defense of the status of foreigner as a potential condition that provides the creation of actions in urban intervention in art, among which the Itinerant Clowning. Such is the subject of the author's doctorate, in progress. From this point he describes and analyzes part of the presentations made by him at the 12th Quatre Chemins Festival, held in Port-au-Prince and Pétion-Ville (Haiti) in November 2015.Downloads
