Abstract

A eletroforese em acetato de celulose, de 100 soros de pacientes de Pênfigo foliáceo, sendo 8 de forrna frusta e os demais de forma bolho esfoliativa, revelou alteração do proteinograma que constou de diminuição da albumina e discreta hipergamaglobulinemia,
às expensas de alfa l, alfa 2 e principalmente, de gamaglobulina.
Estas alterações foram mais evidentes em pacientes da forma bolhoesfoliatíva, antes, ou togo no início do tratamento.
