Abstract

Foram estudadas as lesões renais sifilíticas em uma série de 15 natimortos e neomortos. Encontrou-se glomerulonefrite
membranosa em um neomorto que viveu 24 horas. Nos outros
casos, as lesões glomerutares foram discretas. Foram encontradas, com muita frequência, fibrose intersticial e atrofia tubular. Esta é a primeira observação de glomerulonefrite no período perinatal.
