Abstract

Diante da variação de. comportamentodo Trypanosoma Cruzi,nos diferentes meios de cultura, oautor propõe rever os trabalhos realizadossobre o crescimento e diferenciaçãodesse "Tripanosomatidae", nosmeios líquidos complexos e nos semisintéticos.Ficou evidenciado nestapesquisa que a influência dos fatorwextrínsecos: pH, composição do meio,temperatura, idade das cepas etc., sSoalém dos fatores intrínsecos, aindadesconhecidos ou insuficientementeestudados, os responsáveis pelo crescimentoe diferenciação do TYypanoíoma Cruzi.
